Our Parts Warranty
All of our parts come with a warranty for your protection.
- We do not cover any labor charges for installation, removal or repair of any part
- If within 90 days from the purchase date noted on the invoice, a mechanical part proves defective, the seller will within a reasonable period of time, replace the part. If a replacement is not obtainable, a refund will be made by company check.
- All sales are final & deposits are non-refundable.
If you have an issue with a purchased part, contact us at (413) 386-5656 prior to removing or attempting any repair. - Our guarantee policies do not apply to parts that are sold “AS IS”.
- Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty without it.
- Improper installation voids all warranty, parts must be installed by a state licensed repair facility and proof of routine maintenance and proper installation must be presented at time of claim.
- Parts must be picked up within 14 days to avoid storage fees & parts not picked up within 30 days are forfeited.
- Parts being returned must be in original condition with our markings. Damaged or altered parts are not warranted.
- Parts that are ordered wrong / incorrectly are subject to a 25% restocking fee if in-house and 50% restocking fee if special order. At seller’s discretion, an accepted non-warranty return also falls under the same restocking fees.
- Guarantee is void on all parts that have had a heat tab attached to them by the seller that shows signs of parts being overheated, or on parts where the buyer removes such tabs.
- Deposits are non-refundable and forfeited after 30 days.
- Warranty is non-transferable and parts sold outside the United States are not warrantied.
Electrical Parts – No returns of electrical parts, but replacements will be provided for defective electrical parts within 90 days of sale. Electrical parts sold are not guaranteed to solve your electrical problem. We accept no responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation.
Body Parts – All sheet metal, glass and body parts are sold as is. Once reviewed and accepted, they are non-refundable.
Cores – Cores are 100% refundable unless they are not complete. For engine cores, all parts on the engine at time of sale must be returned with the core engine for core credit.
Engine Guarantee – Any engine that has been taken apart or tampered with voids all warranty. Used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head or bad c crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e., carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, throttle body, intake manifold, etc.) are not warranted. These are left on the engine for the installer’s convenience only. Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption. It is recommended the buyer replace the timing belt and rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation. The use of OE approved fluids and lubricants are required. Engines must be installed by a licensed repair facility and an ASE or OEM certified mechanic. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
Transmission Guarantee – Any transmission that has been taken apart or tampered with voids all warranty. Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install a new filter, broken pump, or improper installation voids all warranties. It is recommended that buyers replace the front seals, axle seals, flush and inspect transmission cooling lines, install transmission filter kit, add new transmission fluids to manufacture suggested levels prior to installation. All transmissions must be installed by a licensed garage. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
Delivery – Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS, USPS or Freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control.
